Our villa is an ideal family holiday home, nestled amid mature oaks and pines in a prestigious gated community with only 23 properties. It comprises of three bedrooms, ensuite shower room, bathroom with tub and shower, living area, kitchen and dining area, utility room, heated swimming pool on extended pool deck, covered lanai, and double garage. It will sleep up to 6 people.

The villa, which is large by European standards, is fully air conditioned and also has ceiling fans in the living area, 3 bedrooms, and covered lanai.

It is fully furnished to a high standard and includes 4 televisions,3 DVD recorders, video recorders, Hi-Fi system, crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils, iron, ironing table, hairdryer, high chair, travel cot, linen, towels and much more. The living room has patio doors leading to the pool deck

The house is fitted with a security alarm.

Enclosed Pool

The 28ft X 14ft swimming pool is situated on an extended pool deck which is fully screened. The spacious deck allows ample room for relaxing on the comfortable sun loungers. A covered area (lanai) with its patio furniture, ceiling fan and lights allows for outside dining or a relaxing drink, day or night, by the floodlit pool. There is a barbeque outside the pool area for your use.

Kitchen/Dining Area

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size cooker, microwave, American style fridge freezer with separate cold water and ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glasses.

The dining area has a table and six chairs.

Adjacent to the kitchen/dining area is a separate utility room which houses an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience.

Living room

The spacious living area with high vaulted ceilings is fully furnished to a high standard with 3 seater sofa, 2 seater love seat, wicker chair, coffee tables and table lamps. It also has cable television, DVD player, hi-fi system, telephone and ceiling fan. Its patio doors lead to the pool area.

Twin Bedroom

The twin bedroom, which overlooks the pool area, is furnished to a high standard and has twin beds, large closet, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp, cable TV, video recorder, radio alarm clock and ceiling fan.

Double Bedroom

The double bedroom is furnished to a high standard and has a queen sized bed (British king size), large closet, dresser with mirror, two bedside cabinets with lamps, cable TV with DVD player, radio alarm clock and ceiling fan. The adjacent bathroom has a bathtub with shower, Hollywood style mirror and hairdryer.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom, which overlooks the pool area, is furnished to a high standard. It has a dresser with mirror, two bedside cabinets with lamps, a queen sized bed (British king size), large walk in closet, cable TV with DVD player, radio alarm clock, telephone and ceiling fan. It has an en-suite shower room with walk in double shower, Hollywood style mirror and hair dryer. A door leads to the covered lanai.

Garage

The Villa has a double garage with an electrically operated door. The garage is used to store a selection of pool toys and barbeque tools for your use. There is also a clothes dryer.
