Information

The cost of renting our Villa is set annually and is seasonally adjusted depending on the time of year. Discounts are given for bookings of 3 weeks or more and repeat customers.

A provisional booking will be held for 7 days to allow your deposit and booking form to arrive. The deposit is £100 UK / $190 US per week and is non refundable. Your final payment is due 8 weeks prior to departure.

An additional security deposit of £100 UK / $190 US is required with the final payment. This will be refunded to you when the Management Company inspect our villa on your departure.

Pool heating is competitively priced at £70 UK / $130 US per week and is recommended from late October to late March.

The Villa is maintained by a management company who are on call to assist you with any enquiries you may have during your stay.
